Can I get a refund for the price difference if it has expired?
How to calculate the price difference?
- Purchase within 3 days: Pay the difference = the price difference between the packages
- Three days after purchase,Daily fee calculationPrice difference = Price difference between packages + Number of days used × Average daily price of the package

How is the usage time calculated after the upgrade?
- The duration will be calculated again. For example, if you upgrade from Package 1 to Package 5 (1 year), the upgraded package will expire today after 1 year. Because it is a newly opened package, the price difference will be calculated differently after 3 days.
Is there a problem with the machine code for the upgraded package?
- Upgrading the package will not change the machine code; in other words, if the machine code changes, it does not count as an upgrade.
- If the machine code changes, you can only upgrade to a plan that includes a replacement machine, and this will consume one replacement machine.
