2.1. Configuration Options

Click on the menu bar Configuration options

2.2 Start Downloading

II. Translation Websites

2. Enter address

• Select from the menu bar Interface translation-free Function

• Enter the path to the translation folder. If the website address above is where the translation was saved (d:\xft\website\zz_domain\）
• Click Next step

3. Translation of documents

3.1 Scanning Documents

Scan the document to be translated.

• Click on the interface Start scanning Button

3.2 Management Documents

Mark content that does not need translation.

3.3 Translation

Compared to converting to Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, the translation process is relatively more complex.

• Click Browser translationIt automatically opens the translation content in the browser and uses the browser's translation function to perform the translation. Note: If clicking has no effect, it may be a permissions issue. Close the software and then run it as administrator.
• Switch to browser interface: In Chrome browser, select from the right-click menu on the page. Translate into... Your language, or the Edge browser, can also be selected via the right-click menu. Translated as... Your language
• Click the top right corner of the page Scroll to the bottomBy scrolling the page, the entire page can be fully translated.
• Click the top left corner of the page Submit translationThe translation involves a large amount of text and requires multiple submissions until no more original text strings are displayed, indicating that the translation is complete.
• Switch to software interface

3.4 Output Results

• Click on the interface Output Translation complete, the translated folder will open automatically.
